Park City is known throughout the world for our world class skiing. People know that they can come and ski at Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley and have an epic vacation. Word is starting to spread that the summer months are our biggest secret and that we have some of the best hiking, mountain biking, golf and boating around. BUT the true gifts of Park City may not be as known. We have so many different things that have been MADE IN PARK CITY!! One ofour favorite’s is Alpine Distilling!

Rob and Sara Sargent started Alpine Distilling in Park City with the idea that they could create a small business that would help our mountain town. Rob comes from a long line of distillers. He grew up on a Kentucky farm that grew corn. This led to the natural next step of distilling spirits.

Sara wanted to learn everything she could and earned a diploma in Gin in Edinburgh and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Their business wins awards for their spirits and being a green sustainable business. They have truly created a product that is both delicious and making the world a better place.

We truly enjoy a delicious Gin and Tonic or Old Fashion with Bourbon Whisky, but there is something that we love even more about Rob, Sara and Alpine Distilling! They give back to this town and all our amazing nonprofits (we have A LOT)! They donate and support in every way possible! They are parents, friends, neighbors and the heart of this town! Local businesses are what make Park City different and special. When you visit our town and would like to drink like a local, Alpine Distilling is the best option! They have made it easy, you can find all of their amazing spirits at their very own bar on Main Street, Alpine Distilling Bar!

Enjoy one of our favorite Alpine Gin cocktails!

There are a few “rights of passage” into the wonderful world of real estate; the head shot is an important one! Once you pass your test and find your brokerage the next order of business is to take the picture that will be everywhere and, for most, stay with you until the day you retire! We are so excited to announce that our team has grown by one headshot!

Lindsay Cunningham has joined our team! Although she is new to real estate, she has been in Park City for 15 years. Lindsay joins us from the fitness industry (she did not completely leave the industry). Fitness made Lindsay fall in love with Park City and the best part of this town, the people! She is excited to still be in the service industry and get to work in a different way with old and new friends! Lindsay brings a fresh perspective to our team with her eagerness to succeed, her unparalleled and fresh marketing experience, her thirst for knowledge and her refreshing, warm and welcoming personality. We love her to pieces and know you will too! Lindsay is excited to join a team that has a combined 30 years of experience!!

This takes our team to four people; Amy, Annie, Alan and Lindsay (her middle name is Anne so there is a round about “A” connection)! We LOVE having a team! There are so many parts that go into helping to buy and sell a home. Our team is designed to have an expert in every part of the process. We work together to make the process smooth and enjoyable for you! You have four people in your corner making sure that this beautiful moment of buying a home is just that, beautiful! A team is great for us too. We get to work everyday with friends and for that we are LUCKY!!

It was homecoming this past week at Park City Highschool. No matter where you grew up, there is just something about homecoming! It is one of those nights that gives you all the feels. The FUN of the tailgate parties, the ENERGY of the marching band and cheerleaders, the COMRADERY of cheering for your local team, the OPTIMISUM of a win, the THRILL of a night with your friends and neighbors! In our little mountain town, this night is nothing short of special! Parkites from every neighborhood put on their best Miners shirt and head out to enjoy some Friday night lights! Some come for the football, some come for the hotdogs, many come to be social. Whatever reason gets people to the field, it makes for an electric night that reminds us just how special it is to live in a small town!!

We feel extremely lucky that we don’t have to wait for the big game to experience homecoming! We get to feel all the feels every time we help a family find their home. Showing families, couples or individuals around our town and watching them light up as they fall in love with a neighborhood. Touring a home and watching as they imagine their future in their new home. Helping them through the process of buying and setting up their home. All of this is just truly SPECIAL!! In our opinion it is the BEST of type of homecoming and one that we enjoy going to again and again!
