Returning to More 'Normal' Conditions? While off the blistering pace we experienced in the post-covid rebound, our Utah real estate markets remain strong as we continue to benefit from a vibrant Utah economy and lifestyle, significant in migration, and strong home price appreciation. Recently we have seen some evidence of the market cooling and returning to more “normal” conditions. Inventory of homes for sale have increased in the past few months but appropriately priced and conditioned properties are still receiving multiple offers.
